Q: What are my username and password?

Your username and password should have been emailed to you from Torrid Learning and Development when your account was set up. Email TD Learning & Development if you never received this information.


Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?

Click on the question mark icon next to the username or password field and follow the prompts to receive your username or reset your password.


Q: How do I know which courses are suitable for me to enroll in?

The course descriptions will have audience details along with more information. Review it and decide if it fits your needs.

 

Q: Do I need manager approval to enroll in a course?


You do not need manager approval to enroll in a course, but please communicate with your manager that you will be attending.


Q: Am I able to retake a course? 

You are welcome to attend courses as often as you like!


Q: How do I earn points? 

Earn learning Points by completing Instructor-Led and On-Demand courses, earning certifications, and taking tests. Check the leaderboard often to see where you stand - the top learners each quarter will receive special prizes!


Q: How do I cancel a class registration? 

For Instructor-Led courses, select Start or Resume Course and then hover your mouse over the Registered button until it says Unregister. Select Unregister ad you will be removed from the course. For On-Demand courses, send a message to TDLearning&Development@torrid.com and we can remove you from the course.


Q: Can I take On Demand courses off the clock?

For non-exempt employees, working off the clock is prohibited. Please work with your manager to set aside time to take On-Demand courses while you are clocked in.

Chrome works best when navigating the portal and taking on-demand courses.
